We recommend booking 3–6 months ahead for weddings and peak-season events (May–October), and at least 4–6 weeks out for corporate events and private parties. Popular dates fill up fast, so the earlier you lock in your date, the more flexibility you’ll have on packages and add-ons.
We proudly serve Sacramento and the greater Northern California area, including surrounding cities within about an hour’s drive. If your venue is outside that range, reach out – we’re often able to travel for the right event.
